SpaceA is the industrial 3D printer for economical additive manufacturing: processes standard granulates instead of expensive special filaments, delivers consistent industrial quality and scales from prototype to series production – with measurably low part costs.
Economical: strong price-performance ratio
Process reliability: stable temperatures and continuous monitoring
Productive: fast availability thanks to high printing speed
Scalable: from individual prototypes to small-scale and series production
Additive manufacturing, economically implemented: SpaceA uses a screw extruder for standard pellets, a 6-axis positioning system, high modularity and an industry-standard control system.
Screw extruder: pellets → plasticized → defined discharge
6-axis handling: free path planning, large geometries
Modularity: extruder/peripherals scalable, automation ready
Industrial control: open interfaces, production data & monitoring
Process chain (1-4): Dryer → Extruder → Building platform → Positioning system – for reproducible components in industrial quality at low part costs.
Standard pellets instead of special filaments reduce costs and increase the choice of materials – from basic plastic types to high-temperature materials (depending on the model). Dual extruders enable support materials and material combinations for complex geometries.

YIZUMI as a manufacturer in additive manufacturing reduces costs per piece by means of standard granulates, efficient extruder and high printing speed – economically from small series to medium series (~10,000 pieces).
Many systems are based on expensive special filaments and cost-intensive hardware. As a result, material and machine costs are often significantly higher than those of injection molding. Despite technical feasibility, there is a lack of cost-effectiveness for real production. An industrial 3D printer must therefore keep costs per part and cycle times competitive. This is precisely where a manufacturer in additive manufacturing comes in with a cost-efficient material and machine concept.
YIZUMI uses injection molding as a benchmark: standard granulates are processed instead of expensive filaments. The SpaceA platform combines a screw extruder, 6-axis positioning, high modularity and industry-standard control. This measurably reduces both material and machine costs. The result: economical AM solutions from small series to medium series (~10,000 pieces) - even with PMMA or highly filled materials.
Granulate instead of filament immediately reduces the material price to standard level. The screw extruder ensures defined discharge and high throughputs, which reduces set-up and process times. Modular options (e.g. extruder upgrades, automation) increase productivity and stability. The SpaceA industrial 3D printer therefore delivers low costs per piece with consistent industrial quality.
SpaceA relies on industry-standard controllers (including Beckhoff HMI), open interfaces and 6-axis robotics - ideal for cell integration. The platform was integrated into fully automated injection molding production cells at K 2019 and demonstrated hybrid processes. Camera monitoring and production data ensure traceability and quality during operation. As an additive manufacturing manufacturer, YIZUMI thus provides a tried-and-tested, IT and automation-friendly solution.
